Questions And Answers

Yes, we offer a scholarship opportunity for individuals seeking a license in Tennessee or Kentucky. KSCORE is an online pre-licensing program through a partnership with Kaplan & KW Prep. 

TN: Applicants complete two courses to obtain their real estate license: a sixty (60) hour Basic Principles of Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course and a thirty (30) hour Tennessee Course for New Affiliates. 

KY: Applicants for a sales associate license must complete ninety-six (96) hours of Commission-approved pre-license instruction or six (6) academic credit hours in real estate courses at an accredited college or university.

Upon completion of the PSI exam, you will complete an application with the state real estate commission. This will require completion of your finger printing, E&O Insurance, and a Principal Broker accepting your affiliation with their firm. 

On average, start up costs for licensing is roughly $2,500. 

Through our scholarship program, applicants save around $500 on the pre-licensing course.  

If you are not yet licensed, our Assistant Team Leader will walk you through the pre-licensing process. 

If you are already licensed, our Team Leader & Principal Broker will assist you with transferring with TREC / KREC. 

Our Market Center supports 11 offices located in 3 counties. 

On average we have 250 agents.

REALTOR® Association Fees range between $550-700.
