Growth Committee
Assist in the overall growth of the Market Center. Work with the investor(s) and TL in identifying and attracting other associates to the Market Center.
ERICA RAMOS
Agent Engagement Committee
Leads efforts to encourage agent-centric ideas with local, regional, state, provincial, and national boards and other bodies and guarantee that agents’ administrative and legislative demands are satisfied.
MAKEBA WEBB
DEI Committee
Assist in creating an inclusive culture through social equity awareness and education. Implement and live out “Opportunities for All.”
CHAD FRIEDMAN
Education Committee
Assist in the implementation of training programs to improve the overall productivity of the associates affiliated with the Market Center.
KYLA TRAINOR
Culture Committee
Assist in raising funds for KW Cares International and create a Market Center no one would ever want to leave!
JULIA PHARES
Technology Committee
Assist with the OP/TL discussions addressing software/hardware issues. Evaluating the efficacy of their Market Center’s website, computer systems, software, etc., and recommending periodic updates and improvements.
