2025 AGENT LEADERSHIP COUNCIL
At Keller Williams Realty, we believe our associates are the driving force behind our success. The Associate Leadership Council (ALC) represents the pinnacle of agent leadership and influence within our Market Center. This exclusive group is composed of the top-producing agents who exemplify exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
The ALC is entrusted with shaping the future of our business. Members work collaboratively to ensure the Market Center thrives by:
- Voting on decisions that benefit the greater good of the company.
- Engaging in discussions and debates to inspire innovation and creative solutions.
- Upholding the highest professional standards and public image.
- Setting and implementing annual Market Center goals.
Being part of the ALC is more than an honor—it’s an opportunity to grow as a leader, build your business, and give back to your fellow agents. ALC members mastermind on productivity, growth, profitability, and culture, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas flourish.
As leaders, ALC members guide committees, inspire teamwork, and develop the art of achieving results through others. This council is the foundation of leadership, unity, and progress within our Market Center, helping all associates achieve their full potential as salespeople and business professionals.
